First, the carport is connected to the home with a breezeway that keeps you dry during inclement weather. There is also a storage room at the back of the carport. Walking into the home, however, and you are in the kitchen. The double sink has a window above that looks out onto the back covered porch. A walk-in pantry is between the kitchen and dining room.
A banquette, which offers additional seating, is also between the kitchen and dining room. The dining area and living room are both open, too. All three rooms look out onto the backyard. Also, the dining area has a door going out on the porch. On the opposite wall of the dining room, however, you have the laundry room. The covered porch extends nearly the width of the home, with a small deck on the right, as seen below, and a screened porch on the left.

Back in the living room, there is a fireplace in the upper right corner. (There is also a fireplace in the screened porch). Then, on the right wall, a furniture niche could hold a bookcase for your favorite get-away novels. Or travel books. Your home, your choice! A window seat on the inside wall looks out on the front covered porch. Another spot for cozy reading! Next, to the left of the window seat, stairs go up to the second floor.
The bedroom suite and bath are to the left of the stairs. The bath has a toilet, sink and shower/bathtub combination. A small linen closet holds your bath essentials. Additionally, the bath is accessible to the dining area. Finally, the downstairs bedroom has a reach-in closet.

On the second floor, the stairs empty out at the loft. To the right, the area is open below. To the left, you enter the master suite and bath. The master suite has room for a window seat overlooking the front. There is also attic access on both sides of this seat. The walk-in closet is on the right side. Finally, the master bath is at the back of this suite. It has a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, an enclosed toilet and two sinks.
