   The Basement

First, on the left side, the basement has a guest suite with a walk-in closet. The full bath includes a toilet, sink and bathtub/shower combination.

Then, in the middle of this floor, you have a sitting area. The bar is centrally located, too. These two areas are also open to the recreation room, which is to the right. A fireplace is in the right corner. The covered patio is at the far right of the basement. A reach-in closet is tucked under the stairs. The home theater is nearby; it has the darkness you need for watching movies here. Finally, there is room for mechanical storage to the left of the theater.

   The First Floor

First, the two-car garage is on the right side of the home. The door in the garage to enter the main living area is in the upper left corner. However, enter from the front, and you are in the foyer. The formal dining room is on your left. Stairs going to the basement are straight ahead.

Then, moving from the foyer towards the back of the home, you pass stairs going up to the second floor. On your left is a reach-in closet. The great room is also on this side of the home. A fireplace is in the lower right corner. Finally, on the right side of the great room, a door goes out onto your deck.

   The First Floor

First, passing the stairs going down on the right, you will find the powder room, also on your right. Straight ahead, though, the kitchen and breakfast rooms provide a more casual way of dining. Then, the walk-in pantry is tucked into the lower corner. Inside the kitchen, the island houses the stovetop. Next, the master suite and bath are on the left side.

The master suite and the breakfast rooms both have bay windows. (Bay windows project from the main wall of the house, with three or more panes at angles to each other). Then, walking towards the front of the home, the walk-in closet is on your left. (I am pretty sure a whole family could live here- it is that large). The master bath has room for a linen closet as well as a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Finally, there are two sinks and an enclosed toilet.

   The Second Floor

First, going upstairs, you are on the balcony. To your right and your left will be open areas. The laundry room with its own (utility) sink is upstairs, too, on the left side of the second floor. Next, there are four suites on this floor. Each has its own walk-in closet, with the exception of suite 3.

Suites 2 and 4 share a bath with a sink, toilet and shower/bathtub combination. A small linen closet in here will hold extra towels and paper products. Suite 3 has its own bath with a sink, toilet and a walk-in closet. Finally, suite 5 is on the far right of this floor. While it does not have direct access to a bath, the room is a versatile one. It could be a second recreation room or a game room. Your home, your choice!
