The Wynfield Plan– Affordable, Traditional by Living Concepts should fit your budget as well as your style. After all, wonderful things come in small packages, right? The home is two stories, 2188 square feet with three bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath.
Another room above the garage (the bonus room) can also be a fourth bedroom suite. The two-car garage faces the front. Horizontal siding on the right side of the home and brick on the left complete the traditional look.

First, you enter the garage from the front. The garage has two single doors. Once inside, you will notice a door on the far wall that allows you easy access to outside. Then, a door on the left of the garage takes you inside the home. Now you are in the laundry room. A reach-in closet is also found inside the laundry room.
Next, on your left are the stairs going up. On your right, though, is the master suite (more on that later). Turn left into the hallway. The kitchen and breakfast rooms are on your right.

Good food and a warm kitchen are what make a house a home. — Racheal Ray Now, isn’t that the truth! This kitchen has a peninsula for your double sink and dishwasher. Other major appliances are along the walls. So, you will have plenty of room to try out your favorite recipes or dive right in to explore a new one!
Then, the breakfast room is straight ahead. It looks out over your backyard and has a door that leads to the outside. To the left there is a formal dining room. It has a tray ceiling. This means it has a raised center.

Now, walking towards the front of the home, you are in the great room. A fireplace is on your right. A door on the far wall goes outside to the deck. To your left, however, in the hall and opposite of the kitchen, there is a powder room. A small closet is in here, too.
When you enter the Wynfield from the stoop (think of it as a small porch), you come into the foyer. On your right is the den. Now that is traditional! This is the place you might want to hang that big television and stream your favorite shows. (I am rather partial to Jack Ryan right now but there are others).

On your left are two suites. They share a bath, which has a bathtub/shower, two single sinks and a toilet. Each bedroom has its own reach-in closet. Just outside of suite #2 you will find two more reach-in closets.
Finally, the master suite is on the right side of the home. The sleeping area is in the far-right corner. A generous walk-in closet is included. The master bath has a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, two sinks and a toilet.

Upstairs, you have more than 360 square feet to use as either a bonus room or as a guest suite. Attic storage access is here, too. Inside the suite, there is a shower/tub, toilet and a single sink. A small closet is included, too.
