The Wimbleton Plan: Your Traditional Home by Living Concepts is a two-story home with 2741 square feet. This house is both unique and traditional, with the bedroom suites on the second floor and living, dining spaces on the first floor. The two-car garage is on the right with a side entry.

Arched transoms above the windows soften the brick exterior and add interest to the home. Mullioned windows, those that are divided into panes, grace the front of the home, too.

The First Floor
First, let’s enter from the front portico or porch. Stairs going up are straight ahead in the front foyer. The library is on your right. You will have plenty of room to build shelves on the back wall for your favorite reads. The library is open to the foyer and also has a door on the back wall, making entrance to the breakfast room or the nearby garage a simple one. Then, the living room is on your left. With windows on two sides, you will have the reading light you need and room for those chairs you can just sink into.
Next, a reach-in closet is to the right of the stairs. Walking forward, the powder room is on your right. A few more steps, and you are in the kitchen. The breakfast room is here, too. Inside the kitchen, an island houses the oven and cooktop while allowing extra seating. The double sink is at the back in a “bump-out.” Finally, the breakfast room has a door leading out onto the deck.

More on the First Floor
First, to the left of the kitchen, you will find the dining room, which has a tray ceiling. A pocket door separates it from the kitchen, while the living room and dining room have little separation. Then, to the far right, the breakfast room and family room are also open to each other. The family room also has a door going out onto the deck. There is a fireplace on the far-right wall.
Next, stairs going up to the second floor are tucked into the far-right lower corner of the family room. Then, around the left corner, there is a reach-in closet. Finally, the two-car garage is on the right side of the home.

The Second Floor
First, let’s use the stairs from the family room. Immediately on your left, you will find the laundry room. Straight ahead is a reach-in closet. And on your right, the master suite, like the dining room, also has a tray ceiling. The master bath is next. An enclosed toilet (with a pocket door) ensures privacy. A walk-in shower, room for a soaking tub, and two sinks complete this room. Then, the walk-in closet offers you the space needed for all seasons of wear.
Next, the upstairs has three more bedroom suites. Each suite has its own reach-in closet. The bath is shared. It includes a toilet, shower/bathtub combination and a sink. Between suites #2 and #3, there is another reach-in closet. Between suites #3 and #4, the second set of stairs can be found. Finally, in the far-right hand corner of the second story, the bonus room is your blank palette. It has a door for attic access and another one on the opposite (inside) wall for placement of your water heater.
