Outside, you have tapered columns. The front portico, or porch, is embraced by cedar siding and shakes, or other materials of your choosing. The back of the home might use stone and siding, as seen below. The two-car garage is on the right side and has a side entry.

The Basement

The covered terrace will give you opportunities for outside celebrations, intimate or larger.
Next, back inside, there are two bedroom suites with full baths. Both have walk-in closets. The baths have similar facilities- a toilet, shower/bathtub combination and a sink. Suite #2 has a reach-in closet nearby. The HVAC storage is located outside and is in an enclave adjacent to this bedroom. Suite #3 has access to the covered terrace. Finally, mechanical storage is right across from suite #2.

The First Floor
First, from the garage, you step inside. A reach-in closet is immediately on your right. Then, straight ahead, the laundry room has a place for your utility sink and, of course, for your large washing appliances. Turn left, and you are in the kitchen. The peninsula here offers seating as well as housing your double sink. The walk-in kitchen pantry is in the lower, left-hand corner.
Next, the breakfast room looks out onto the deck and your backyard. The family room is to the left. Like the recreation room, it has a fireplace with shelving on both sides. A door goes out onto the covered deck.

The First Floor
Then, entering the home from the portico, you step into the foyer. The formal dining room is on your right. The pocket door on the back wall leads to a hall that connects the dining room and kitchen. Here, a counter on the left side will help you as you move food and dishes from the kitchen into your dining room.
The master suite is on the left side of the home. The bedroom has a door going onto the (uncovered) deck. Inside, walking towards the front, there are two walk-in closets. In the master bath, there are two sinks separated by the entrance door. A toilet, soaking tub and a walk-in shower are in here, too. Finally, on the right side of the bathroom and by the foyer, a reach-in closet and powder room complete the first floor.
