Entrances
First, the garage has a door on the back wall that gives you access to your side yard. Then, once inside the home, you are in the mud room. A door on the left is for the small porch. Immediately after that door is one for the closet under the stairs. The powder room is right after the mudroom. Stairs going up are on the left.
Another way to enter the home is by the portico or porch which opens into the foyer. On your right, the formal dining room also flows freely into the gallery or hall, which runs left to right. The first of several conveniences is to the left of the foyer. It is a closet for coats. The laundry room, with its own utility sink, is nearby.

Kitchen, Family Room, Study
The kitchen has a walk-in pantry. Another convenience is the appliance shelf (on the opposite wall of the pantry). Brilliant! The rectangular kitchen island has seating plus a cooktop. The breakfast room is here, too, with ample room for your favorite dining table.
Then, to the left of the kitchen, a large family room has a fireplace tucked into the corner. The built-in entertainment center is on the left wall. On the other side of the wall- the study- there are bookshelves (built-in, of course!) and another fireplace. The family room has a door for the covered lanai, as seen in the rear elevation below.

Master Suite and Bath
First, the master suite has a door on the right side going into the study. Then, another door goes into the gallery on its right side. Walking towards the front of the home, you will find two nicely sized walk-in closets. Finally, the master bath has two sinks, one on each side of the door. The vanity is on the left and the linen closet on the right. An enclosed toilet, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower complete this space.

Second Floor
Upstairs, the bonus room is a long one of about 560 square feet. So many uses are possible for this room! This could be a billiards room with a reading nook in one corner, a room for a foosball table and more. A loft is close by. Three reach-in closets upstairs offer storage possibilities, too.
Additionally, there are three more bedroom suites up here. Each has its own walk-in closet and bathroom. The bathrooms facing the rear of the home are identical. Each has a toilet, two sinks, and a bathtub/shower combination. The bath for the bedroom suite facing the front of the home has a single sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower. Finally, there is attic storage on the far left of this floor.
