The First Floor-Kitchen, Dining and the Veranda
First, the kitchen and breakfast areas are two wide-open spaces where you can “chef” or learn how to prepare a new dish for friends and family. You’ll need that walk-in pantry on your right. Next, a rectangular island will help to keep your space organized as you serve meals. Then, the breakfast room is the perfect spot for that long, rustic table you’ve had in storage and always wanted to use. The breakfast room has a door leading out to the covered veranda.
Next, the family gathering room, open to the kitchen and breakfast areas, has a fireplace on the back wall. On the right wall, however, there is a designated space for your big screen television or entertainment center. Counter space lines the wall, too. On either side of the fireplace, there are doors going out onto the veranda. The Front Entrance
First, you enter from the portico. Now you are in the foyer. Straight ahead, the bifurcated (split stairs that separate at the landing) stairs go up to the second floor. Underneath each side, there is a reach-in closet. Still inside the foyer, the living room is on your right. It has a fireplace on the right wall.
The dining room is on your left. It has a butler’s pantry. Then, the hallway to the right leads to the master suite. To the left, however, the hallway continues all the way to the wine cellar. Finally, as you walk down the hall, on the right you will find the powder room and then the elevator.

The Master Suite and Bath
First, let’s use the garage on the right. From the garage and then into the breezeway, you enter the home. Now you are in the walk-in closet. Another one is to your right. Both are sized befitting this large, palatial home. Each has its own island, too. Then, walking towards the back of the home, his and her sinks and their respective counters are on either side of the door.
Next, to the right, the toilet and bidet are in an enclosed space. Another toilet (enclosed) is in the left corner. There is a fireplace right in front of the soaking tub. The walk-in shower has doors on both sides. Finally, the master suite (sleeping area) is to the left of the master bath. It has a door to your covered veranda.

The Second Floor
First, the stairs open up onto the balcony. The recreation loft is at the back of this floor. It has two sets of doors that go out onto the terrace. An island with seating is on the right side of this room. Also included in the plans is a countertop with a place for your sink and under the counter refrigerator. Then, to the left of the recreation room, the office/guest suite has its own walk-in closet. It also has a full bath with a sink, toilet and a walk-in shower.
Next, there are three more bedrooms upstairs. Each suite has its own bath. Suite #2 has a walk-in shower while the others have a bathtub/shower combination. Suites #2 and #3 have walk-in closets while suite #4 has a reach-in closet. Suite #2 and the office both have a door going onto the terrace. Finally, the elevator is nestled between the office and suite #3.
