The Treyburn Plan: Traditional by Living Concepts is a one-story home with a basement and 3240 heated square feet. There is also a bonus room above the two-car garage. Three designated bedroom suites plus a guest suite in the basement means you will have plenty of room for family and friends. Three full baths and one powder room will answer your needs, too.

The exterior as shown is stucco with stone accents. The two-car garage is on the right. You may wonder why there are windows in the garage, especially if this is your first home being built. For one, windows provide natural lighting. Additionally, they add to the symmetry of the front of the home.

The Basement
The basement has a generous percentage of its space dedicated to storage. For example, on the right side, this room is for outside storage. Lawn mowers, garden tools and similar have their own place here, instead of hanging them in the garage. There is no interior access, only a door going outside.
The bottom left corner of the plan shows interior storage with easy access. The guest suite is on this side, too. It has a walk-in closet and a bath with a single sink, toilet and a bathtub/shower combination. The recreation room is down here, too. It is at the back of the basement and has a door going outside. It flows easily into the game room. Stairs going up are nearby. Underneath the stairs, a reach-in closet provides another place for you to stash away excess games, toys or seasonal clothing.

The First Floor and Bonus Room
A door inside the garage, back left, opens up into the home. This puts you in the laundry room, which is spacious enough for a utility sink. A door on the right will lead you to stairs going into the basement. Straight ahead, however, and the powder room is on your left.
Then, stairs going up to the bonus room are on your right. The bonus room is strategically located. This you already know if you have ever been around teens, pre-teens or young adults who embrace gaming enthusiastically. Being above the garage means the sound will be dampened. A little bit.

Back downstairs, you can also enter the home by the loggia or front porch. In the foyer, a reach-in closet is on your left, while the (open) dining room is on your right. Walk straight ahead and you are in the gathering room. A fireplace on the left wall has built-in shelves or cabinets on both sides. Your home, your choice!

More on the First Floor
The gathering room is open to both the breakfast room and the kitchen. A door from the breakfast room goes out onto the deck/terrace. In the kitchen, the peninsula houses the double sink. A walk-in pantry is in the lower right corner. On the left side of this floor there are two more bedroom suites. Both have reach-in closets. They share a bath which has two sinks, a toilet and a bathtub/shower combination. Then, around the corner, there is a small closet, perfect for storing bathroom essentials.

The Master Suite and Bath
The master suite and bath are on the right side of the Treyburn plan. The bedroom has almost 200 square feet for you to plan your retreat. Then, the master bath has an enclosed toilet, two sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Finally, the walk-in closet is nearly subdivided so that equal space can be given to you and your significant other.
