The Summerton: A Bungalow for You by Living Concepts is a craftsman-like home with 3176 square feet. Inside, there are four bedrooms, three full baths, and one half-bath. Outside, the cedar siding and brick accents make this home classic. Window boxes give the home-owner opportunities to plant seasonally. The front porch is large enough for comfy chairs, too.

The three-car garage is on the left side. Let’s explore the inside!

Downstairs
First, the three-car garage has a single bay and a double bay. The door for going inside is in the upper right corner. Then, inside and immediately in front of you, there are the stairs going up to the second floor. To your right, the foyer takes you to that inviting front porch. The foyer is open to the formal dining room. This (the dining room) is one space that you might think you do not need- but you do. You will celebrate and gather here occasionally, if not often.
Stepping to the left, however, a reach-in closet is right by the stairs. Next, the great room is a large open space. It has a fireplace in the left corner. A door on that same wall goes out onto the deck. Finally, from the great room, you wander into the breakfast room.

More Downstairs
First, the bay window in the breakfast room allows more natural light to seep in. It also adds extra space for that dinette or dining table you use here. Then, on your right, the kitchen pantry holds the staples you need. Walking ahead, you are in the kitchen. The kitchen island has a place for your range. Next, walking towards the front of the home, the powder room is on your right. Finally, the butler’s pantry is next. It is across from the spacious laundry room.

The Master Suite and Bath
First, the master suite and master bath are on the right side of the home. Like the dining room, the master suite has a tray ceiling. And, like the breakfast room, it also has a bay window. Then, there are two walk-in closets between the master suite and the bath. They are similarly sized. The master bath has two sinks which are separated. The toilet is enclosed. Finally, you have a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

Upstairs
First, on the second floor, there are three additional bedroom suites- plus a bonus room and an additional laundry room! The suites facing the back yard have bay windows. Suite #4 has its own bath. Inside, there is a toilet, sink, a bathtub/shower combination and a small space for you to store linens or bath products. A walk-in closet is nearby. Then, suite #2, facing the front, has a reach-in closet. This bedroom also has a balcony. It shares a bath with suite #3, which has its own (walk-in) closet.
Inside the bath, the sinks are separated by doors. There is also storage space here. The toilet and bathtub/shower combination are sequestered. The bonus room is on the opposite (left) side of the home. Finally, the second laundry room is adjacent to the bonus room.
