The three-car garage is on the left side. There is a double bay and then a single bay. Here, a door on the outside wall allows you easy entry to your side garden. The exterior is stone and stucco. Columns frame the portico, or front porch, as well as the balcony immediately above it.

Downstairs
First, let’s approach from the portico. From the foyer inside, the formal dining room is on your left side. Three columns allow for openness. They are also typical of Mediterranean architecture. (The Amesbury, another Living Concepts home plan, is similar). Walk through the dining room and then the gallery (hall) to reach the powder room.
Next, the laundry room is close by. It has room for a utility sink and your washing/drying appliances. A counter here makes folding or separating clothes an easier task. There is additional storage right outside of the laundry room. The entrance from the garage is to the right. Then, across from the laundry, there is a reach-in closet. Finally, to the right of this closet, there are steps going outside.

First, from the gallery, we reach the kitchen, which is on the left side of the home. The walk-in pantry is on your immediate right. Stairs going up are nearby. On your left, the kitchen island gives you prep room while still allowing you to move around easily. The kitchen peninsula does double duty. It houses the sinks and dishwasher. It also acts as a divider between the kitchen, gathering room and breakfast room.
The gathering room has a fireplace on the outside wall with shelves on each side. Or cabinets- your home, your choice! Then, the breakfast room has a door going out onto the veranda. First, from the gallery, you enter a small hallway. To your left, the master suite (sleeping area) is nearly 300 square feet. It has a door on the left side for entrance to the veranda. There is one large walk-in closet nearby. Next, the master bath has an enclosed toilet. There are two sinks in here. Finally, there is a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

The Second Floor
First, there are three bedrooms upstairs. Two suites, (#2 and #3), which are those that are on the right side, share a single bathroom. It has two sinks, a toilet and a shower/bathtub combination. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet. Next, the third bedroom (suite #4) is the largest. It also has a walk-in closet. The bath has two sinks, well separated, a toilet, and a bathtub/shower combination.
Then, on the left side of the second floor, a large recreation room has its own wet bar and easy access to the bathroom. Stairs going down are close by. The balcony is adjacent to the recreation room. It offers a panoramic view of the backyard, as seen below.
Finally, from suite #4, you can easily access attic storage.
