The Muldoon Plan: Traditional by Living Concepts is a brick ranch home with 2243 heated square feet. The one-story home has three bedrooms, two full baths and one half-bath. The two-car garage is at the back, allowing for placement within a narrow lot, if needed.
The rear of the home has as much appeal as the front. A covered lanai is on the left, as seen below. The two-car garage is on the right (remember, when viewed from the front, these positions are reversed).

The Main Floor
First, from the front porch, you enter the foyer. On your left, two bedroom suites occupy most of this side. They share a bathroom that has two sinks, a toilet and a shower/bathtub combination. Suite 3 has a walk-in closet while Suite 2 (facing the front) has two reach-in closets. Back in the foyer, another smaller reach-in closet is on the left side.
Then, in the foyer again, the master suite is on the right side. First, you enter the sitting room. From there, the master bedroom faces the front of the home. Walking towards the back of the home, you will find the master bath and the walk-in closet. The bathroom has two sinks, separated by the door to the closet. There is also an enclosed toilet, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The foyer empties out into the kitchen on the left and the great room, which is on the right. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry in the upper left-hand corner. There are also two islands, with one providing extra seating. The great room has a fireplace with cabinets or shelves on both sides. This area is all open, a convenience for those prepping meals as well as ones mingling back and forth between these rooms.
The great room has a door going out onto the lanai. To its left, the formal dining room will be sun-drenched. The powder room is next. A reach-in closet is nearby. Finally, the laundry is in the far-left corner of the home. There is room for a utility sink here.

The Bonus Room
The door to enter the garage is adjacent to the reach-in closet mentioned above. The stairs going up to the bonus room are close by, too. This is a large area above the garage, making it perfect for games (possibly loud) or when a little extra noise is not desirable. Your home, your choice!
