The Montpellier Plan- Totally Traditional by Living Concepts is conventional in name. However, it is packed tightly with the extras you expect in a house with 5262 square feet. There are five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one powder room in two stories. A three-car garage is on the right. You will have extra storage, places to work and play inside and out.
The home as shown by the front elevation has white-washed brick, and mullioned windows embraced by Charleston-green shutters. The front loggia or porch has four columns. Architectural quoins enhance the brick exterior.

First Floor, Right Side
First, the three-car garage has single bays. A door at the far-right end gives you access to the outside. Then, entering the home, the stairs to the second floor are on your left. A reach-in closet is tucked under the stairs. In this corner you will also find the powder room, a countertop with room for a chair, and the laundry room. It includes a space for your utility sink, too.
Next, on your right from the stairs, another countertop is on your left. You enter the kitchen where a spacious walk-in pantry holds your baking foods and utensils. The keeping den (quite traditional) beside the kitchen allows you to interact with the cook while not getting underfoot.

First Floor, Right Side
The kitchen includes an island with room for a sink. The range is on the outside wall while another sink is in the top right corner. The kitchen peninsula separates the kitchen from the breakfast room. A door on the left allows you to wander outside to the patio. The rear elevation seen below shows how stunning the Montpellier is from a different view- the patio, four columns, brick exterior and totally traditional.

The Middle and Left Sides
Once onto the covered porch, there are two doors that can take you back inside. First, there is the door to the keeping den. Then, a second door leads into the gathering room. Walking straight ahead a reach-in closet is on your right. Another set of stairs going up is here, too.
Next, going towards the loggia (front porch), you are in the foyer. The dining room is on your left and the guest suite or study is on your right. Both rooms can boast of a fireplace. The suite has a reach-in closet; its bath has a walk-in shower, toilet and single sink.

The Second Floor
First, on the second floor there is a recreation room at the rear. On its left is a storage room. Another door in the storage room gives you access to attic storage. The office loft is nearly across from the recreation room. There is a designated space here for a built-in desk, too.
Then, there are three more bedroom suites on the second floor. Suites #2 and #3 face the front of the home while suite #4 is at the back. Each suite has its own walk-in closet. Suite #4 has a walk-in shower and two sinks. There is a single sink, toilet and bathtub/shower in the remaining suites. Suites #3 and #4 both have a nook for linen storage.
Finally, the laundry chute access is tucked into the far-right corner of the second stairs. On that same side, more attic storage is available through a door between the stairs and the bedroom suite.
