While the master bath and suite are on the main floor, the remaining bedrooms are in the basement. The main entrance features three arches which immediately draw your eyes to the front of the home.

The three-car garage is on the left side. A door to the right of the garage is an additional entryway. Outside, the home has decorative cornices and a stucco finish. On the right side, there is a glass block turret.

The Basement
First, the stairs that go down are on the left side of the home. Once you are in the basement, there is a reach-in closet right on your left. A storage room is next to this closet. Then, straight ahead, the billiards room has its own wet bar with a sink for washing up. The billiards room is open to the recreation/media room. Finally, the recreation room opens onto the covered terrace.
First, there are three bedroom suites in the basement. Each has its own moderately sized walk-in closet. Then, the suite on the left has its own bath, with a sink, toilet and bathtub/shower combination. The two suites on the right side of the basement share a bathroom. It has two sinks, a toilet and a bathtub/shower combination. Suite #2, like the recreation room, has a door going out onto the terrace. Another reach-in closet is between the suites on the right side. Finally, the mechanical storage room is on this side, also.

The First Floor
First, the barrel-vaulted ceiling extends from the front portico (or porch) all the way through the first floor. (Barrel-vault means the ceiling is a long, continuous arch). Then, from the portico, you step into the gallery. On your left are the stairs going down. Next, the formal dining room is to the left of the stairs. On the far-left side of this floor, the three-car garage has a door entering the home on its right side. Finally, the laundry room is on the left while another door that provides entry is on your right.

More of the First Floor
First, the kitchen and breakfast rooms are one large open area. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry on the left side. There is room for an island in the center. A peninsula offers extra seating. It also houses the double sink and the placement of the dishwasher. Then, the peninsula separates the kitchen from the breakfast room.
The breakfast room has a vaulted ceiling. Its bay window looks out on the terrace and the backyard. Next, the family room, to the right of the kitchen and breakfast rooms, embraces the vaulted ceiling. It has a door onto the terrace. Finally, on the right side in this room, there is a fireplace with shelves or cabinets.

The Master Suite and Bath
First, from the gallery, you turn right. A powder room is nearby, as well as a reach-in closet. Then, the master suite is to the left. There is a large sitting area here. Like the breakfast room, there is a bay window here. There is also a door going out to the terrace. The walk-in closet is in the far-right corner of the Mendora. It is a generous one, with room enough for an island in the middle.
Next, the master bath is between the closet and the master suite. It has two sinks, a soaking tub and an enclosed toilet. There is room in here, too, for you to store needed items in a small closet. Finally, you step up into the walk-in shower, encased in glass blocks and turret shaped.
