From the two-car garage, you walk into the laundry room. Appliances and the utility sink are on your left. Then, the kitchen awaits! The kitchen and breakfast rooms complete the left side of the home. The breakfast room looks out over the backyard. In the kitchen, there is an almost triangular island. A peninsula, complete with double sink and room for the dishwasher, acts as the divider between the two rooms. Below is the view from the breakfast room into the kitchen.

Entering from the front stoop or porch, however, and you are in the foyer. The powder room is on your right, as well as a reach-in closet. Then, on your left, the dining room is open to the foyer. The dining room is open to the kitchen, too. Adjacent to the dining room and the foyer are stairs going to the second floor.
Finally, for this section, the foyer leads to the gathering room. A fireplace is on the right wall. Shelves or cabinets (your choice!) are on the right side of the fireplace. To the left of the fireplace, you have a door going on to the terrace.

The Master Suite, Bath and Terrace
First, from the foyer, turn right to enter the master suite. It is a spacious 208 square feet. French doors lead out to the terrace. Then, walking towards the front of the home and through the bedroom, you pass by His and Hers walk-in closets. Finally, the master bath faces the front of the home. A soaking tub, a walk-in shower, two sinks (separated) and an enclosed toilet are included.

Once upstairs, you are in the recreation loft. At 266 square feet and packed with light, this room can serve many purposes. This could be a game room or a reading haven. A door on the right goes out onto the second-floor terrace. Then, doors on the right and left of the recreation room lead into the bedroom suites, each with its own bath.
Suite #2, on the left, has a reach-in closet. Its bath has a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a designated space to store toiletries. On your right, suite #3 has a walk-in closet. The bath is similar to the other suite. Finally, there is access to attic storage from both bathrooms. Suite #2 has a door next to the toilet and suite #3 has a door in its walk-in closet.
