The Highland Plan, Craftsman Comfort by Living Concepts is 3161 square feet of convenience and delight. Inside, there are three full bedroom suites with a powder room on the main floor. The master suite is also on the main floor. The garage is on the right side, with the bonus room directly above.

Outside, cedar shakes and stone provide the look you would expect from a craftsman home- classic. In the front, the two-car garage is on the right side. Shed roof dormers (flat on top) add natural light upstairs. Let’s go explore!

The First Floor
First, let’s enter through the portico or the porch. On your immediate right, the formal dining room is that place where you will want to give celebratory dinners. It is open on the left to the foyer, and on the right to the butler’s pantry. No butler needed, though. This is simply the place for you to store and retrieve your fine dinnerware as well as a resting place for those fancy dishes you will bring in and out of the room.
Next, the powder room is connected to the butler’s pantry. However, walking out of the butler’s pantry and to the right, there are steps going into the garage. Before then, to the right, the laundry room has a utility sink and designated spaces for those necessarily large appliances. Finally, inside the garage, there is a door on the back wall. This leads to a small porch that also gives you access to your backyard.

More of the First Floor
First, the stairs going up are on the right after entering the foyer. Then, walking towards the back of the home, you are in the family room. The fireplace is on the left wall. Cabinets or shelves are on either side of the fireplace. The covered terrace is accessible through doors in the family room. This is the view neighbors will see if/when they walk behind your home. Definitely looks inviting!

Then, the family room, breakfast and kitchen are all open to each other. The breakfast room also has a door going out onto the covered terrace. Still, there is room for a cozy round table here, with the size determined by the size of your family. Next, inside the kitchen, a walk-in pantry is included (lower, left side of kitchen). There are two islands. One is rectangular with a sink for washing your fruits and vegetables. Finally, the second island is nearby. It has seating available, two sinks and a space for your (mechanical) dishwasher.

The First Floor-Master Suite
First, the master suite is on the left side of the home. From the foyer, you turn left. Then, immediately on your right is a reach-in closet. Inside the master suite’s sleeping area, there is a door going onto the covered terrace. Next, walking towards the front of the home, the walk-in closet is on your right. Finally, the master bath has two separate sinks. There is also an enclosed toilet, a walk-in shower and a bathtub for you to soak your worries away, if only temporarily.

The Second Floor
First, once upstairs, the bonus room is on your far-right. From the bonus room, you will have access to attic storage. The loft is nearby. It is another large, open room that only needs your imagination to complete it. Perhaps a few bean bags or chairs you can sink into and a pile of books? Your home, your choice!
Then, there are two additional bedroom suites. Each has its own bath with a bathtub/shower combination, sink and toilet. Also, each has its own walk-in closet. Suite #3 has a designated space for linens. Finally, the walk-in closet for suite #3 also has a door for attic access.
