Stepping Inside- the First Floor
First, the workshop as described above, has access to the outside as well as a door between the two garages. Built-in cabinets increase this room’s utility. The two-car garage also has a door to the outside. Then, stepping inside the home, the laundry room is on your immediate left. It is spacious, with a designated place for your utility sink and countertop to fold clothes.
Next, again on your left, are stairs that go to the second floor. The guest suite is on this side, also. It has a generous reach-in closet. Its bath is nearby, which includes a toilet, sink and bathtub/shower combination. Finally, the formal dining room is on your right. It opens up into the main hall.

More on the First Floor
First, in the left corner of this floor, you will find the family room, morning room, and kitchen in one open area. This is perfect for your panoramic views of the backyard. The family room has a fireplace. Then, walking clockwise, the morning room juts out. It has a door to the terrace. A banquette would fit in this room perfectly. Your home, your choice!
Next, for additional seating, a C-shaped island in the kitchen gives you additional room. The double sink is here, too. There is a pantry tucked into the lower right corner. A door between the morning room and kitchen goes to the great room.
Then, the great room has two doors opening onto the terrace. Finally, walking towards the front of the home, you will see the second set of stairs going up, as well as another reach-in closet.

The Master Suite and Bath
First, the master suite, on the right side of the home, has more than 300 square feet. A door on the left leads to the terrace. Then, walking towards the front, there is a linen closet on the right. Two similarly sized walk-in closets are on the left. Finally, the master bath has an enclosed room for your toilet as well as the bidet. There are two sinks, a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

First, using the stairs nearest the garage, you are next to the bonus room. There is a storage room here, too, for your gaming supplies. Then, to the right of the stairs, a hallway connects you to the rest of this floor. The powder room is to your left. There are three additional bedroom suites upstairs. Suites #2 and #3 share the bathtub/shower combination. However, each suite has access to its own sink and toilet. Both suites have their own closets (#2’s is a walk-in while #3’s is a reach-in).
Next, suites #2 and #4 have a door that goes out onto the covered porch. Suite #4 has a walk-in closet. Its bath has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Finally, the second set of stairs is on the right of the second floor. To the right is the study with its own walk-in closet.
