First Floor- Garage to Dining
Suppose you enter from the garage. Immediately on your right, you will find a reach-in closet. On your left, an open porch. Go through the next door, though, and stairs go up to the second floor. An even larger open porch is on the right. This porch leads to the screened porch. And there is more in this area. On the left, the mudroom has a reach-in closet. A sink is included for easy cleanup. Laundry is to the left of the mudroom.
Then, from the mudroom, you walk into the kitchen. A built-in desk is on your left. The kitchen also includes an island with space for seating, your double sink and the dishwasher. A door on the right goes into the screen porch. The dining room is open to the kitchen. It has a door in the left corner that will take you onto the deck.

The gathering room has three French doors for easy access to the deck. A fireplace is on the left, with shelves on both sides. Or cabinets. The rear elevation below gives you an even better view.
From the gathering room, you walk towards the front of the home. Now you are in the foyer. On the right side, there is a short hallway. The downstairs powder room is on the left. In the hallway, and on the right, stairs go up to the second floor. Finally, the foyer takes you to the loggia or front porch.

First Floor-Master Suite, Bath and Sunroom
The short hallway also takes you to the master suite. Once inside this room, on the right side, a reach-in closet is nearby as well as a door going onto the deck. Then, turning around and walking towards the front of the home, the sun room is on your right. More steps forward and the walk-in closet is on the left side. This room is generously proportioned, even for two people. Then, the master bath is in the left corner of the home. An enclosed toilet, a walk-in shower and two sinks complete this room.

First, using the stairs closest to the garage, take a right and you are in the bonus room. It has a reach-in closet and nearby access to the bathroom of suite #4. The bonus room also has attic access. Inside the bath, there is a walk-in shower, a single sink and a toilet. This bedroom suite has a window seat that looks onto the back yard. The suite also has its own walk-in closet. A linen closet is nearby.
The other two bedroom suites, on the left side, share a bath, too. This bath has two sinks, a toilet and a bathtub/shower combination. A linen closet is inside this bath. Both suites have their own walk-in closet. Stairs going down are to the right of suite #2. Finally, on the second floor, the study nook is right above the front entrance.
