First, in 4663 square feet, you have a guest suite with a full bath (basement), and another guest suite with a full bath on the first floor, which is also where the master suite is located. Then, on the second floor, you have two more bedroom suites which share a bath.

   Front Elevation and Garage

First, this traditional home features architectural quoins on the corners of the exterior. The stoop, or front porch, has an arched and mullioned window above it. Next, there is added architectural interest above the windows. Then, the two-car garage is located on the left side. A door inside and on the left gives you a second way to enter the home.

    Exploring the First Floor

First, from the garage you enter the left side of the home. Immediately on your right is the laundry room. There is enough space here for your washer and dryer as well as a utility sink. Next, still on the right, are the stairs going down into the basement. (Stairs going up to the second floor are right around the corner, in the foyer).

Then, the powder room is straight ahead. A reach-in closet is to the right. On your left, however, the kitchen, breakfast and sun rooms blend together in a light-filled oasis. Inside the kitchen, you have a long rectangular island, perfect for overflow seating and meal prep. The double sink is on the left wall under the window. The walk-in kitchen pantry is tucked into the far-right corner of the kitchen.

Exploring More of the First Floor

Next, the breakfast room has the perfect spot for your round or oval dining table. The sunroom is in the far-left corner of the home plan. It has one of four doors that can take you outside to the deck. In the rear elevation below, look on the far right for the position of the sunroom- and for the beautiful view that you could have and that others will see as they walk by.

Then, the deck also has a door that goes into the formal dining room. Perhaps here you can display that fine bone China and crystal for those special get-togethers. The dining room opens up into the great room. Another door here goes to the deck. It has a fireplace on the far-left wall. It also has a door for you to access the deck. Finally, there is a guest suite or study to the right as you enter the home. This room has a walk-in closet and a full bath with a sink, toilet and a walk-in shower.

   And Then the Basement

First, in the basement, the guest suite is on the left side. It has a walk-in closet with a full bath that includes two sinks, a toilet and a walk-in shower. A small linen closet is found across from the sinks.  A door on the right goes out to the covered terrace. Also on the left side is an amply sized storage room. It has a reach-in closet which is under the staircase. Then, in the middle of the basement, the recreation room has access to the covered terrace. A fireplace is on the right wall.

There is also a wet bar with a sink on its peninsula. Nearby, there is more storage space plus a third room for outdoor storage on your right. Finally, the exercise room is in the right corner of the basement. You can easily go from exercising to outside to cool off or back inside to the recreation room. Or maybe upstairs to eat.

   Finally, the Second Floor

First, upstairs there is an additional recreation room. This one is on the left side as you exit the stairs. And inside, there are three attic access doors. More storage room! Then, there are two bedroom suites. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet. Suite #3 has room for additional shelving. Finally, they share a bathroom that is nestled between the two suites. There are two sinks, an enclosed toilet, and a shower/bathtub combination. A reach-in closet is there for you to store extra bathroom supplies.
