The Alanhurst: Timeless European by Living Concepts is a home plan that is like a well-balanced recipe with layers that meld. On the exterior, you have stone accents with wood shingled siding. The arched windows on the front mimic the doorway. Inside this two-story home, there are three bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath. A three-car garage is on the right side. There are 3327 square feet heated in the Alanhurst plan.

You also have rooms for sun and celebration. Or for removing yourself from all of the hoopla when you have had your fill. To find out the rest, let’s explore!

The Alanhurst: Timeless European
Garage Entrance
The garage has a single bay as well as a double bay. A door on the right wall goes out to the yard. On the far wall, however, the door goes inside to the first floor. The laundry room is on the right. On the left, a full bath with a single sink, toilet and a walk-in shower is convenient for quick cleanups as needed. Then, on that same side, a reach-in closet is under the stairs.
The dining room is straight ahead. It is open on the right to the breakfast and sunrooms. The breakfast room has a bay window. The sun room opens on its left to the screened porch. The kitchen is also on the right side of the home. The kitchen peninsula separates this room and the breakfast room. The kitchen’s rectangular island houses your cooktop. Finally, there is a walk-in pantry tucked into the lower right corner, as seen on the plans.

Foyer Entrance, Master Suite and Bath
The loggia, or porch, enters into the foyer. Immediately on your left, a reach-in closet is conveniently placed. On the right, stairs go up to the second floor. Straight ahead, you will find the gathering room. A fireplace is on the left wall, with shelves on the right side. On its left, a door goes into the master suite. The outside wall has French doors that go out onto the deck. Here, you can also access the screened porch with a door on the deck’s right side.
The master suite also has a door going out onto the deck. Walking towards the front of the home, there are two walk-in closets, one on each side. The master bath has two sinks, well separated. Finally, there is an enclosed toilet, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

The Second Floor
Once upstairs, you are in the loft. This space could be a study, a room for arts or even a book nook. Straight ahead, the open sun deck has a door on its right. This goes into one of the two bedroom suites. These are on the right side of the home. Each has its own walk-in closet and its own bath.
The bathroom for each suite has a single sink, toilet and a bathtub/shower combination. The recreation room is above the garage. Nearby, a walk-in closet runs parallel to the stairs. It has a door that opens up onto the ledge, which is above the front door. This makes decoration (and then cleaning) this ledge much simpler. Your home, your choice!
