The Ainslie Plan: Your European Home- imagine that you live here, in a home that overlooks your expansive lawn- because a house this majestic must have the green space, too. This home by Living Concepts is as eye-wondering on the inside as it is on the outside. There is a turret, which on the inside embraces the stairs. Outside, curved garden beds hug the architectural bricks.
Inside there is a basement, a first and a second floor. Five bedroom suites offer plenty of space to determine who sleeps where. And outside, there are terraces, a grilling deck plus a screened porch, all in 7480 square feet.

The Basement-Just Right
There are two entrances to the basement. First, there is the door that leads from the covered terrace into the recreation room. Another door goes directly into the exercise room. A door inside is for mechanical/storage. Then, the media room is adjacent, perfectly placed because there are no windows to let the sun in that would muddy whatever movie or series you might be watching.
The powder room is nearby, as well as stairs going up. Next, the recreation room, which is amply sized, has a fireplace with shelves on both sides. The wet bar in this open space has seating, a sink and under-the-counter fridge space. Finally, the guest suite is on the right side of the basement. It has a walk-in closet with a full bath- single sink, toilet and a walk-in shower.

The First Floor- Begin with the Left Side
First, there is much to explore on this level! The three-car garage is on the left side. As you enter the home, the mud room is the first one you enter. There are built-ins here that will be useful for school and work alike. Then, to the left is the laundry room. A utility sink is on the left wall. Countertops and cabinets make all three walls the perfect place to store an abundance of your washing supplies.

More on the Left Side
Next, there is the powder room and the stoop, another word for porch, and a grilling deck. Genius! The gathering room has a fireplace with shelves on the right side. On the left, though, there is a door to the screened porch. The gathering room also opens up onto the terrace, which wraps around most of the back of the house.
Then, back inside, the breakfast room and kitchen are one large open space. There are two kitchen islands. One houses the double sink and has room for seating your family and guests. It also has room for your dishwasher. The second island has a prep sink because you know you need one! Next, stairs going up are near, as well as a walk-in pantry for your kitchen dry goods.

The Middle, First Floor
A hall stretches from left to right. Walking towards the right side of the home, there is a powder room on your left and your home office on the right. Then, the butler’s pantry with another prep sink and the formal dining room are on your right. Next, going further, is the foyer with the curving stairs that deliver you to the second floor.
On the left, though, is the living room. There is a fireplace on the right wall. Built-in cabinets or shelves are an option here. A cased opening (an open doorway without a door) takes you into the breakfast nook. A door leads out onto the terrace, which is breath-taking.

The Right Side- Master Suite
First, across from the spiraling stairs, there is a reach-in closet. Right next to it is the entrance to the master suite. A sitting bay at the far end gives you plenty of room to place your reading chair (or sofa) in a just-right position. Then, next to this space is another door going out onto the terrace. There are two walk-in closets, one sized slightly larger than the other. Finally, there is the master bath. There is an enclosed toilet, a soaking tub, two sinks and a walk-in shower.

The Second Floor
Not to be outdone by the first floor, the second floor has its amenities, also. From the spiraling stairs, you enter the study loft. Hidden access to the attic is close by. A balcony nearby allows you to peer downstairs. Then, there are stairs on your right (the second set, remember). At the end of this hallway-the far left- is the kid’s den. Perfect!
Finally, there are four bedroom suites on the second floor. Four! All bedroom suites have their own bath, each with a single sink, walk-in shower and a toilet. Suite #4, however, is across the hall and suite #5 shares the shower with #4.
