Living Room/Study & Dining Room
Step into your foyer and look around. Stand here – it feels like home already. To your left is a double-doored room ideal for a living room or an office. If it’s a living room, perhaps you play a baby grand piano. If it’s an office, align your desk facing the front windows.
With a large opening, the dining room is on the right. You have a long wall on the right side which is perfect for a sideboard and colorful piece of art on the wall. Make this a room you’ll want to eat in, play family games, or work on your computer by using colors and textures that make you happy.

Kitchen, Eating area & Family Room
There is a pocket door from the dining room to the kitchen. Your U-shaped counters/sink area offers plenty of space for cooking and small appliances. A double-door pantry will provide extra space for cookbooks, baking supplies, and basic food staples.
The eating area is light and bright as several windows look out to the backyard. This niche would look nice with a long rectangular table and bench. It will be nice for doing homework, watching kids while you cook, or sitting and having coffee and pastries with a favorite person.
The eating area leads right into the large family room. This room is as nice for watching movies as it is for entertaining holiday guests. A door from here leads out to your large back deck.

Master Suite
A staircase leading upstairs is on the outside wall of the living room/study. There is a hallway to the right. This hallway leads to the master suite, which takes up the front-to-back length of the house.
Your bedroom area is at the front of the house with windows facing the front, your soaking tub is under a window in the back. The bathroom has nice single-sink vanities across from each other and a separate shower and soaking tub. Double doors lead to a walk-in closet, a linen closet and back to the bedroom area. Go ahead and get a king-sized bed for your ideal mattress, as you have three long walls that will fit a big set.

Laundry, Storage & Garage
On the right side of the house, just past the kitchen is the laundry room and back hall closet. The laundry room has space for a sink and a washer/dryer, and it would be smart to put shelving above the utilities for more space and laundry necessities.
The garage has a separate enclosed storage space. If you share the space with someone with an outdoor hobby, you’ll appreciate the extra room for storing what you need.

Upstairs
You’ll appreciate the flexibility you have in the spaces upstairs. One this second level are two bedroom suites with double-door closets that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and three other rooms with so much potential. There is an optional suite that can take some attic space and still leave you with plenty of storage. There is also space that includes one of the dormers, for a large full bath and closet area.
The room with the right-most dormer is a home office. To the right of that office space is a long, wide bonus room. Movie theater? Exercise? Teen hangout? Hobby studio? Unlimited possibilities.
