“Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer.” – Unknown
Randolph, this is your answer to having a home base and a reason to travel. Are you ready to downsize your home? Are you an empty-nestor or living on your own? Time to get into a single-story home for more comfortable aging in place? Well, Randolph is just your answer. With 2452 square feet, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms, in Traditional style, you have room to entertain and not feel closed in, travel, and come home for rest. Frank Snodgrass thought through this concept perfectly when he planned it for your travel-yearning soul.
When you want to travel for weeks on end, this house is one you will want to return to. Think of it as your respite and coziness between adventures. From the tall arches of the front entryway and window to the rear-covered lanai and open deck for watching sunsets, this home is your calling.

Foyer, Grand Room & Dining Room
When you walk through your double front doors, your home embraces you. A grand room, located straight ahead, which might be where your baby grand piano sits and some comfy chairs for listening are settled. This room is plenty large for several seating areas. Maybe a corner bar is your thing and that will fit too.
The dining room is to the left of the foyer and has an octagonal tray ceiling. From this ceiling hangs a beautiful wrought-iron chandelier from Spain. Pillars frame the room.
Off the foyer and tucked into a small recess is a powder room.

Bedroom Suites and Laundry to the Left
A hallway between the kitchen and dining room leads to two separate bedroom suites. Before you get to those doors, you will pass a hall closet and the laundry room. There is room for a sink, a hanging bar for drying clothes, and a small lower cabinet and counter area. From here, a door leads to the two-car garage.
In the front left corner is one bedroom suite with a walk-in closet. Perfect for when your friends and family come to visit.
A full bathroom is shared, Jack-n-Jill style, between the second- and third-bedroom suite. Suite three is special and will be a favorite as a door leads to a private deck out back. Did the bathroom floor tiles come from Morocco?

Kitchen, Gathering Room and Outdoor Spaces
From the grand room, walk to your cozy, family-friendly, ‘homey’ space. A wall is indented, bay-style for a table and banquette seating. A large gathering room with a heartwarming fireplace is sure to be popular during cooler weather. Have a holiday party and brag about the January sun vacation you’ll be taking. Hawaii maybe? A door from here takes you out to a wonderful, covered lanai.
The kitchen opens to the gathering room, so you won’t miss what your guests are doing or wonder if your favorite sports team is winning. There is a small pantry +for small kitchen appliances and extra hand towels you bring back from Italy.
A staircase up to the bonus room climbs along a wall from the kitchen.

Bonus Room
This bonus room offers you a long 26-foot area for whatever you’d like. There are two skylights to let additional daylight in. Might this be the movie room where you show videos from your trips? Is this a multi-purpose space for an office, exercise area, and bookshelves for reading about places you’d still like to see?

Master Suite
Comprising the entire right side of the house is your glorious master suite. When you are weary from your travels and need to re-energize for the next, this IS the space to do just that. Walking in, two, yes, you read right, two large walk-in closets meet you. There is a morning bar for your single-cup coffee machine. I bet you’ll also want a small fridge, so in a cabinet, hide the fridge and leave a shelf for the coffee machine to ‘hide’ when not in use.
Now, you are approaching the tray-ceiling bedroom area with a sitting area. There are several windows in here, so placing your bed on a long wall, facing the back deck and outdoors will be ideal. Notice the door that takes you privately to the covered lanai.
Your master bath is at the front of the house. It is large and spa-like if that’s the vibe you are after. A long, warm bath in the soaker tub, right under a window or a quick shower, this is a bathroom you will love. There are two separate single-sink vanities and privacy for your toilet.
No matter where you go, what you see, or all the adventures you have, we know there is no place like home. Randolph will welcome you over and over again—let the team at Living Concepts help you make this a reality.
