“Let go of what you think should happen and open yourself up to the vast, rich world of possibility.”

Isn’t it fun, and perhaps with a bit of trepidation, thinking of building a house, for you, your family, for what you want and need? I agree. This house, Raintree, is a charming French Country-style with almost 3,000 sq. feet, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths in two stories that Frank Snodgrass has thoughtfully brought to you. Raintree is a quintessential French country with steeply pitched rooflines, little to no overhanging eaves, stone finishes to blend in with nature, and arched windows and interior openings for life in a warm, welcoming home.

Raintree – Foyer & Dining Room
Welcome Home. Your foyer has a long wall, ideal for a cool table with flowers and interesting artwork. The dining room is to the right and open to the foyer. Friday night game night is the place to be with lots of appetizers you’ll make in your amazing kitchen and lots of fun too.
Raintree – Gathering Room and Covered Terrace
This is an open-concept floor plan. Walk into the house and you look through to the terrace. The terrace is located between the keeping room, off the kitchen, and the master suite. With so many doors to get here, make this space an extension of the house, welcoming, comfortable, and a place to enjoy alone or while entertaining. You can screen the terrace, or leave it open to Mother Nature.
The gathering room is centered with a fireplace. Because French Country homes can be as formal or casual as you wish, this fireplace can be ornately carved or a simple, warm wood beam. With dark hardwood floors, a large, soft area rug and furniture that is comfortable and plenty for company, this room will be a favorite.

Raintree – Kitchen, Keeping Room and Garage Area
With a kitchen that is wide open to the gathering room, you won’t miss a beat when entertaining or watching The Way Home. A large island with barstools centers the room. There is a long space for a rectangular dining table and good family meals.
Beyond the eating area is a cozy, keeping room, with a fireplace. This is where you can relax, read, and have soft, cushy furniture f while or relaxing in while your oven or crock pot does all the work in making your dinner. Maybe you’ll put French doors between the eating area and keeping room and make the keeping room your office.
The stairwell leading to the second floor is between the kitchen and the laundry room.
A door from the laundry area/front of the house leads to a breezeway. From the breezeway, steps lead to the front of the house or to the side and back of the home.
The breezeway leads to the two-car garage.
Raintree – Master Suite
Ready to get to the best part of the home? The beginning and end of your day space? The whole left side of the first floor is your private bedroom. You’ll love the large bedroom, but even more perhaps, will be not having to share your closet. There are two separate walk-in closets. The master bath, spa-area (if you like), has separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Raintree – Upstairs
Up the stairs, a hallway takes you to two bedroom suites and a large bonus room (above the garage). One bedroom has a walk-in closet and an attached bath. The other bedroom has a closet with two double doors. There is another full bath down the hall. The top of the stairs is open to below.
Raintree is waiting for you. Its French charm welcomes you and looks forward to making happy memories with you. So call Living Concepts and turn your wishes of possibility into your ideal reality.
