Specifications

Wanting to downsize yet live in an upscale home? Well, that’s why we specifically designed this home to be an efficient and economical size, yet still have all the luxurious amenities one would expect to find in a much larger home. We started with a classic cottage style featuring a covered porch and terrace on both the front and rear where many enjoyable hours can be spent with family and friends. Inside, you find a large gathering room with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace with built-ins, and is open to the kitchen with an eating bar, walk-in pantry & a dining area for informal living and easy entertaining. Not to be overlooked is the optional grilling porch accessed from the covered terrace and perfect for outdoor living and entertaining. The master suite also has convenient access to the covered terrace. Altogether, this home provides large living but on a smaller scale for today’s lifestyle.
