We designed this plan for the family who needs an efficient home that offers spacious rooms and functionality at an economical price to build. The Family Room features a 2-story high ceiling giving that room an open feel, or it may be floored-in for a Bonus Room above providing extra space as needed. A first floor Den provides flex space for an in-home office, formal Living Room, or for whatever your personal need may be. Located on the second floor, is the Master Suite which features a large bath with separate soaking tub & shower and a large walk-in closet. Please Note: Due to contractual agreements, this house plan cannot be built in the following North Carolina counties: Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Iredell, and Gaston.
