Plan collections are plans where the design is influenced by one or more specific conditions such as Site and lifestyle conditions. Plan collections can include all types of Architectural styles.


Estate House Plans

Estate house plans are typically very large homes typically located on a large piece of property. Estate house plans or Estate home plans can be of any architectural style, but are usually of a style that has been around for hundreds of years. Estate house plans are often true to the architectural detailing of a specific style thus creating the true feeling of actually living on an estate.

Luxury house plans do not necessarily have to be large house plans. Luxury house plans are plans that are appointed with high end products and materials. Mountain house plans are typically designed with a long and shallow footprint to take advantage of a hillside condition. Many of our Mountain house plans have what we refer to as an inverted floor plan where the secondary bedrooms are located in the daylight basement in order to take advantage of a lot that slopes off to the rear rather than designing a plan with bedrooms on a second floor. Mountain house plans often incorporate the use of heavy timbers and stone elements that are indigenous to the area in which they are built.
