Empty Nester House plans are typically a house plan where the Master Bedroom or Owners retreat is located on the first floor level and the secondary bedrooms are either up or down. The Empty nester House Plan is not always a small home. Many Empty nester homes are quite large. The primary purpose is to allow the home owner to live on one level and maybe scale down if desired.
Narrow Lot House plans are often designed with front entry or courtyard entry garages. The Narrow Lot House is not always a small home and can be found in all architectural styles.
Open Floor House plans can be of all Architectural styles and all square footage sizes. Open floor plans have very few walls separating the living, kitchen and dining spaces.
Ranch house plans or One Story house plans are plans where all the bedrooms and living areas are on one floor level. Ranch house plans can be offered on slab foundations or crawlspace foundations,
Multi level house plans are plans that have more than one floor level. They can be plans with basements, second floors, walk-ups over garages etc.
