Luxury House Plans

Luxury house plans do not necessarily have to be large house plans. Luxury house plans are plans that are appointed with high end products and materials. Luxury house plans may have roofs of hard materials like slate, tile, shake or high end composition shingles. Luxury house plans often use more expensive exterior finishes of stone, cast concrete and other natural products. Luxury house plans often have gourmet style kitchen appliances and custom cabinetry throughout. Luxury house plans are plans where the emphasis is on the quality of materials and workmanship. Many people today such as the "Baby Boomer" generation are scaling back and moving into smaller homes, but still want all the "bells and whistles" of the former large homes they came from, settling for less square footage but still wanting the luxury life style.
