Maremont: Two-Story Craftsman by Living Concepts is a two-story home with 4054 square feet. This craftsman home also has European flair, as seen in the turret. The tapered columns out front in the portico give the home its definition.
There are four bedrooms, three full baths and one half- bath, or powder room. The three-car garage is located on the left side. There is a single bay and a double one. First Floor
From the portico, or porch, you enter the home. Additionally, there is another front entrance to the left of the portico. From the portico, on your right, stairs go up to the second floor. A convenient reach-in closet is tucked under here. Then, on your left, the (formal) dining room is open and inviting.
A door in the garage, left side, allows you outside access. However, the door to its right takes you into the mudroom. Here, the laundry room and the powder room are both on the left side. Across from the powder room, a reach-in closet conveniently holds garage necessities or even shoes and seasonal clothes. Next, on the same side as the powder room, the second set of stairs goes up to the second floor.

The First Floor
Then, walking towards the back of the home, you are in a large, open area- the gathering room, kitchen and breakfast rooms. The gathering room has a fireplace on the left side. It also has a door going out onto the covered terrace. The kitchen has a corner pantry. The island here houses a double sink and seating. The breakfast room has a bay window. The view outside of this area is just as luxurious as it is looking in.
Finally, the living room is to the right of the kitchen. It also has a door going out on the terrace.

The Master Suite and Bath
First, the master suite occupies the right corner of the first floor. Then, walking towards the front, walk-in closets are on either side right before you enter the master bath. Here, you have an enclosed toilet, two sinks, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

The Second Floor
Upstairs, there are three additional bedroom suites. The playroom, like the breakfast room, has a bay window. The turret above adds to the playfulness of this area. A balcony on the right side allows you to peer down below.
The bedroom suite at the back of the second floor has its own closet, as do the other two suites. It also has its own bath with a sink, toilet and a walk-in shower. The other two bedroom suites here share a bath, known occasionally as the “jack and jill” bath. Each side has its own toilet and sinks while sharing a bathtub/shower in the middle. Lastly, there is attic access with a door in the closet of suite #4 and a door near the stairs on the right side of this floor.
