Kirkfield, a Low Country Home by Living Concepts includes 3672 square feet with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one powder room and a two-car garage. But don’t let the specs keep you from looking further into this home.

Outside, the porch extends about 30 feet across the front. You will have the space and the desire to put your favorite outside furniture here. Plus, a table to hold that book and a cool drink (it’s summer and I’m thinking of fresh lemonade). Louvered shutters add to that low country charm. Three dormer windows will let in extra light upstairs. There is also a steep metal roof and a cupola on the garage to the right.

First Floor- Garage Entrance
First, the two-car garage has a small porch immediately to the left. This offers an alternate way to enter the home. Then, inside the garage, a door in the right corner takes you to a storage room. It has a second door, this one going to the back or side yard. Let’s go inside.
From the garage, you enter a small hallway. Next, to your immediate right, there is a reach-in closet. Then, in front of you, the laundry room has enough room for storage as well as a utility sink. Finally, we turn left. The powder room is here as well as another small porch.

First Floor- Kitchen and Beyond
First, the kitchen, breakfast and sunroom are one large open space. Inside the kitchen, a peninsula separates the two rooms. Seating is available at the peninsula, too. Then, to the left of the breakfast room, there are stairs going up to the second floor. The great room is on the other side of the stairs. A fireplace is on the left wall, as well as shelving or cabinets to its right. Your home, your choice!
Next, you walk towards the back of the home. A covered porch and then the terrace will give you plenty of opportunities to dine and relax outside. Walking towards the front of the home, there is a bedroom suite with a walk-in closet on the right side. There is access here to the master suite. A small linen closet is nearby. Finally, the bath includes a walk-in shower, a toilet and a single sink.

The Master Suite
First, the master suite is accessible from the covered porch. Another door in the great room will take you there, too. Then, from the master suite to the far left of the home, you will find the master bath. Here, there is a single sink, a toilet and a generous walk-in shower. (There is plenty of space here for another sink, too, though not shown on the plans). Finally, the walk-in closet is tucked into the corner of the home.

The Second Floor
First, from the stairs, turn the corner and you are in the gathering room. A balcony is at the rear. Then, to the right, a door gives you attic access (no more using those rickety pull-down attic stairs). Next, there are two additional bedroom suites upstairs. The suite on the left has a walk-in closet. Its bath has a single sink, and a toilet. Finally, the suite on the right has a reach-in closet. The bath includes an enclosed toilet, a single sink, and a bathtub/shower combination.
