Giverny Park: Cottage, Sensible by Living Concepts is a home that delivers on its promises. It is an elegant plan, cottage style, that is packed with the comforts you might take for granted, but never realized you wanted them. Bonus spaces placed with precision inside and out are a testament to its sensibility and function. Let’s begin with the front.
Giverny Park: Cottage, Sensible
Front Elevation
From the turret on the right to the gabled dormer windows on the left, Giverny Park is designed to please the eye. The front portico has four columns supported by stone, which also accents the turret. Cedar shakes enhance the rest of the exterior. Inside, there are 5512 square feet with five bedrooms, four full baths and one half-bath in two stories.

Left Side, First Floor
First, you most likely enter the home by the garage. This one (with room for three cars) is on the left side. Then, using the door on the back wall, you go inside. Immediately on your right, you will find the powder room. On your left, is the mudroom. It has an outside door. Another door, this one inside, takes you to the laundry room where there is room for your washer and dryer, plus a utility sink. Sensible, right?
Next, the elevator is right after the powder room with the stairs going up on your left. A reach-in closet under the stairs makes sense, too. Walking straight ahead, you enter the kitchen. First, on the left is a sizable walk-in pantry. This is more than sensible- it’s a luxury! Adjacent to that room is the office. (Another larger office/study is upstairs).
Then, the kitchen has a large rectangular island with room for the double sink and dishwasher plus seating for casual dining. Finally, the breakfast room, open to the kitchen, completes the left side of the Giverny Park plan.

The Middle, First Floor
First, from the portico (front porch), you enter the foyer. The formal dining room is on the left. It is open on two sides. Around the left corner is the butler’s pantry– convenient and sensible. Then, going forward, the family room, which is open to the kitchen on the left, has a fireplace on the right wall with shelving on both sides.
Finally, the covered lanai has three sets of French doors allowing you to step outside. The beauty of this lanai is best seen through the rear elevation below.

Right Side- the Master Suite
First, after the foyer, you turn right. Then, immediately on your right is a reach-in closet. On your left, however, is the entrance to the master suite. The sleeping area has close to 300 square feet. A door on the left goes out to your covered lanai. For a better view, be sure to revisit the rear elevation.
Then, walking towards the front of the home, there are two walk-in closets on your left. The master bath faces the front of the home (remember the turret at the front?). Inside, there is an enclosed toilet (very sensible!). The two sinks have ample counter space, with one as a vanity. Finally, there is a stand-alone tub and a walk-in shower.

Second Floor-Bedroom Suites and Extras
First, both the stairs and the elevator (so sensible!) will take you up to the gallery of the second floor. Over the garage, and on the far-left side is the bonus room. It is large enough for an indoor track. Well, almost. At 13 feet wide and 35 feet long, there will be plenty of room to plan multiple adventures either through gaming or your big screen. Or both.
Then, there are four additional bedroom suites upstairs. Suites #2 and #5 face the front of the home. The bathroom adjacent to suite #5 also opens up to the loft, which is right next to the bonus room. Yes, sensible. This bath has a walk-in shower, enclosed toilet and single sink. There are two reach-in closets in the bedroom.
Next, suite #2 shares a bath with suite #3. Both have walk-in closets and their own sink. They share a toilet and shower/tub. Suite #4, on the left side of the home, has a walk-in closet and its own bath. It has a toilet, single sink and a walk-in shower. Both suites #3 and #4 have linen storage in their baths.
The study, in a sensible location between bedroom suites, opens up to the terrace on the back of the house. There is a dedicated space for shelves, making this an area for reflection as well as work.
