Edenbridge: French Country by Living Concepts is the home you will definitely look forward to after a vacation. It contains 3660 square feet with four full bathrooms, one powder room, and two bedrooms upstairs. The master suite is on the first floor. But first things first- you will need to pore over the plans, purchase them, and then decide where to build. Let’s look at the front elevation of this home.

The exterior of Edenbridge is stone with wood accents. This is the kind of smooth stone, cobblestone perhaps, that transports you to a different era. If you have studied pictures of old European homes or you have been fortunate enough to travel there, you understand. A cupola is on the roof over the three-car garage. Dormers allow extra light to seep in upstairs.

The Left Side
First, on the exterior and left of the garage, there is a small, enclosed porch with stairs that go up the bonus room. There is a nook in the garage for extra storage in the right-hand corner. Then, nearby, there is a door going outside. Next, stepping inside, the laundry room is on your left. On the right, a closet under the stairs can stash your coats and boots. The stairs are on your right and a full bathroom is on your left. It has a walk-in shower.
Next, also on the left side of Edenbridge, you have the kitchen and the morning room. The kitchen has an island and a peninsula for extra seating. The pantry is tucked into the closet under the second set of stairs. Finally, the morning room has the space you want for the dining table that will complete this room.

The Middle and Back
First, you enter from the front using the loggia or front porch. Then, on your right, the study has its own fireplace. A powder room is right around the corner, too. Then, on the left, there is the dining room. It is open to the foyer, and it has a door in the upper left corner that goes into the kitchen. The second set of stairs is on the left. Next, the gathering room also has a fireplace on the right side. Shelves flank both sides. The gathering room is also open to the morning room on the left.
Finally, the covered veranda, as seen in the picture below, is accessible through a door in the gathering room as well as the master bedroom. The veranda is the perfect place for dining outside or simply relaxing in your favorite lounge chair.

The Master Suite and Bath
First, from the foyer, you turn right. Ahead of you, there is a reach-in closet. The powder room, as noted earlier, is here, too. Then, on your left, the door leads to the master suite or sleeping area. At the far end of this room, a luxurious chair you can stretch out in will make this corner your personal oasis.
Next, there are two walk-in closets for your clothes and accessories. A linen closet is tucked between these. Finally, the master bath has an enclosed toilet. Also, there are two sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The Second Floor
First, there are two bedroom suites plus the bonus room upstairs. You take the stairs (the ones to the left of the garage) to reach the bonus room. A reach-in closet is under the stairs. You will have more than 300 square feet to plan this bonus room’s space. Plus, a little imagination. A billiards room? You’ve got the space! A craft room? Why not! After all, it’s your home-your choice! Then, at the far end of the room, there is a bathroom with a single sink, toilet and a walk-in shower. This is also the bath for suite #3.
Next, both bedroom suites have walk-in closets. A linen closet is found across from suite #3. Suite #2 has a bath with a sink, toilet and a bathtub/shower combination. Finally, there is a balcony on the rear, and to its right, there is attic access.
