The nearly triangular feature above the front door is called a pediment. The eyebrow window directly above mimics this architectural detail. On either side of the front portico (or porch), the wrought iron balconies provide the perfect place for lush greenery.

What a First Floor!
The three-car garage is at the left rear of the home. There is a double bay and a single one. An enclosed workshop is at the very back. Then, inside the home, a powder room is on your left and a reach-in closet is on the right. Still walking forward, there are doors on either side taking you outside.
Now, let’s use a birds-eye view. The laundry room is next. There is space for a utility sink, countertops and even a small closet! Stairs going up to the second floor are nearby. Then, to the right of the laundry, there is a large open room which makes up the breakfast, family room and the kitchen.

This Large 3 in 1 Room
First, the breakfast room. It has a door on the right that goes out onto the long, covered terrace. There is plenty of room in here, too, for a banquette or even a round table. The family room has a fireplace. Cabinets or shelves are on either side here. Your home, your choice! The kitchen pantry is on the left side, next to the stairs. There is a (lockable) closet inside here, too!
The kitchen peninsula juts out at about a 45-degree angle. It acts as a separator of the rooms, but it also creates more space for casual seating. A large kitchen island plus plenty of counters will make you feel like a chef almost any day! Finally, a door on the right from the kitchen goes into the dining room.

From the Portico Onward
The front doors open up into the foyer. The second staircase is on your left. A reach-in closet is tucked under here. On the right, the study has its own fireplace with shelves on the left side. To the left of the foyer, however, there is a formal dining room. The gallery (hall) runs perpendicular to these rooms.
And, at the far-left end, a tiny butler’s pantry makes moving and serving food convenient for both the family and dining rooms. (Note: this room is not labeled as a pantry, but it seems to serve that purpose). Then, at the far-right end, you will find the second powder room. From the gallery, we walk into the grand room. The third fireplace is in here on the right wall. It, too, has shelves on both sides. The grand room has a door going to the terrace.

The Master Suite and Bath
The third door going from the covered terrace into the home leads to the master suite. Here, you have more than 300 square feet-plenty of room for that king-sized bed and dresser. Moving towards the front, there are two walk-in closets. Finally, the bathroom has an enclosed toilet. The vanity is in the middle, with plenty of space for walking around it. Two sinks are on the left side. There are also a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The Second Floor
First, above the garage, the office is located at the very rear (left side) of this floor. Walking towards the front, the bonus room is next. It has a reach-in closet. Another closet is a few feet away, perhaps used to store games or gaming equipment. A full bath is next, having a sink, toilet and a walk-in shower. This bathroom is not tied to any of the upstairs suites, making it convenient for those using the bonus room or even the recreation room, which is nearby. The rec room also has a storage room on its left. Stairs going down are on this side, too. Another bonus- behind a door in the rec room, there are stairs going up for easy access to attic storage.
Three bedroom suites are upstairs. Each has its own walk-in closet and bath. #2 and #3 have a toilet, walk-in shower and a sink. They also have a small closet for linens or bath essentials. #4 is nearly identical, with the exception of having a bathtub/shower combination rather than a walk-in shower. Also, suites 3 and 4 are front facing, so they have the wrought iron balconies as mentioned earlier. Stairs going down are between the third and fourth bedrooms. Finally, access to more attic storage is between suites 2 and 3.
