This home plan, like many of the traditional ones designed by LC, includes details that catch the eye. Decorative quoins (where exterior walls meet) and arched headers above the windows are two examples.

From the garage, you enter the home with the laundry room on the right. A utility sink is included. A reach-in closet is next, on the same side. The powder room is straight ahead. On the left side of the Brookdale home, the kitchen, breakfast and sunroom are all one large open area. A walk-in pantry is in the lower right corner of the kitchen. An island nearby houses the stove-top and offers additional seating.
The breakfast room is next, then finally, the sunroom. Make your coffee in the kitchen and carry it to the sunroom! Windows line the walls on this side of the home, and of course, on both sides of the sunroom. A door on the right goes out onto the patio.

The dining room and the great room are also open. Both rooms have access to the patio. The great room has a fireplace on the right wall, with shelving on both sides. Then, walking towards the front of the home and through the foyer, a door opens up to the study. This room can also be the guest suite. It includes a walk-in closet as well as its own bath. A single sink, toilet and a walk-in shower complete this space.
The master suite and bath are on the right side of the house, too. The master suite, like the rooms to its left, opens onto the patio. A generous walk-in closet will help to keep your apparel and accessories organized. The bath includes two sinks which are separated by the doorway. Once upstairs, and to the right, a large open area allows you to peer downwards. Then, to the left, the balcony opens up into three rooms. The bonus room contains almost 280 square feet. They share a bath which contains an enclosed toilet, two sinks, a shower/tub combination and a reach-in closet. An additional small cupboard is to the right of that closet.
