On the outside, the cupola is above the three-car garage. The exterior uses stone and stucco. The steep, sloping roofs are typical of the French Country style.

The First Floor, Left to Right

First, inside the garage, there is a bump-out for the middle bay. This makes it easier for you to park your largest vehicle here. A door to the right of this goes outside. Then, you walk inside. A powder room is on the right side. Shelves and a reach-in closet are on this side, too. On the left side, the laundry room has a space for a utility sink and your washing appliances. Plus, counter space for so many loads to sort!

Still walking forward, another reach-in closet is on the left side. This one is under the stairs going to the second floor. Then, right around the corner, the formal dining room opens up onto the terrace. The foyer is next, which, of course, has your front door going outside onto the portico. From the foyer, you can also enter the study, which has room for pondering as well as for storing your office or school supplies. Finally, the second powder room is at the far-right end of the gallery.

   Middle to Back of Home

Back on the left side of the home, where we came in, you will find the kitchen and breakfast room. This is one big open area that can feel as cozy as you would like with the furniture you love. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry. A large, rectangular island anchors this room. It houses the second sink (the primary one is on the outside wall). The peninsula separates the two rooms and offers additional seating.

The kitchen opens up into the family room. A fireplace is on the opposite wall, with counters or shelves on both sides. Your home, your choice!

The breakfast room has a door leading to the covered lanai. The family room also has doors going onto the lanai. Out here, on the right side, a built-in grill and outside fireplace practically guarantee the perfect cookout!

   The Master Suite and Bath

The master suite, bath and study consume the entire right side of the first floor. From the gallery, turn left and imagine walking towards the back of the house. More than 250 square feet are in this room which includes a bay window. A door on the left wall goes to the lanai.

Then, walk towards the front of the home. On your left side, there is a walk-in closet. The master bath is next. Inside this room, there are two sinks, an enclosed toilet, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. A linen closet is tucked in right next to the shower. Finally, there is a second walk-in closet after the master bath.

   The Second Floor

Upstairs, the office/recreation room is in the center of the second floor. There are two reach-in closets opposite of each other. There are two bedroom suites up here, too. Each has its own bath and walk-in closet. The bath for suite #2 (located at the rear of the second floor) has a single sink, toilet and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a toilet, sink and a bathtub/shower combination. Finally, attic storage access is available to the right of the stairs and between the office and third suite’s bath.
