Glenmoor: A Traditional Home by Living Concepts is a one-story home plan with 3147 square feet heated. It also includes a basement and a bonus room above the garage. There are four bedrooms with three full baths and one half-bath, or powder room. The two-car garage is on the right side.
Outside, the home has complementary arches above the front portico and the windows to the right. Brick is used for the exterior. On the left, the bump-out is part of the shared bath.

The Basement
First, the basement has a bedroom suite on the right side. There are two reach-in closets. Then, the bath for this suite has a linen closet. It also has a single sink, a toilet and a bathtub/shower combination. The stairs going up are also on this side.
Next, there is a large room to the left of the stairs. This is unfinished and could be for storage. There is another door on the far left of this room that goes to the outside. Your home, your choice! The recreation room is down here, too. There are almost 800 square feet in here for you to plan your family’s fun! Finally, the recreation room leads to the covered patio.

The First Floor- Middle
First, we enter through the loggia or front porch. On your left, the reach-in closet houses your outerwear that you shed as you enter your home. Or your shoes- or both! Another smaller closet is adjacent to this one. Then, on your right, the formal dining room is open and still cozy. You will want to use this space for those celebrations that invite intimacy.
Next, straight ahead, the gathering room has a fireplace on the left wall. Shelves on both sides will fill up quickly with your favorite memorabilia. The gathering room is open to both the kitchen and the breakfast room. The breakfast room opens up onto the deck or terrace. It is uncovered here, while, from the basement, the terrace is covered, as seen in the rear elevation below.
Finally, the kitchen has a walk-in pantry in the lower right corner. A peninsula separates the kitchen from the breakfast area.

First, there are two bedroom suites on the left side of the home. Then, each suite has a reasonably sized reach-in closet. Next, the bath has two sinks. And finally, there is a single toilet and a shower/bathtub combination.

First, from the two-car garage, you enter the laundry room. On your left, there is room for your large appliances as well as the utility sink. On your right, however, there is a closet under the stairs. Walking forward from the laundry room, the powder room is on the left. Stairs going down to the basement and up to the bonus room are on the right.
Next, the master suite and bath are also on this side. The master suite has a tray ceiling. Then, inside the master bath there are two sinks. There is also an enclosed toilet. The bath concludes with a walk-in shower, as well as a soaking tub. The walk-in closet is found at the end of this suite. Finally, the bonus room is above the garage. It is reached using the stairs near the powder room.
