A minimun 5-set package must by purchased within 90 days for a license to build. You will be credited this amount toward your plan upgrade. Drawings can not be modified or reproduced. 		$950.00
5-Set Package
This package is a minimal construction package to get you through the building process. Additional sets may be purchased within four months of the original purchase if five is not enough. This package gives the purchaser a license to build one time only. Drawings can not be modified or reproduced. 		$1,025.00
Digital PDF File
Digital file emailed directly to you usually the same day (orders placed after hours or weekends will be processed the next business day). This package gives the purchaser a license to modify and make copies as needed in order to build one time only. 		$1,400.00
1-Set Reproducible Vellum
Reproducible vellums allow you to modify the plan to suit your needs and make additional copies, as necessary, for bidding and construction. Recommended for minor modifications. This package gives the puchaser a license to build one time only. 		$1,400.00
CD-ROM - AutoCAD Format
AutoCAD Format. Available formats are R14, 2000, 2000 DXF or 2005. Please call to verify available format if using a version earlier than 2005. This package allows you to modify the plan to suit your needs and make copies, as necessary, for bidding and construction. Recommended for major modifications. This package gives the purchaser a license to build one time only. 		$2,800.00
One Time Re-Use Fee
For builders and developer clients, we offer a discounted plan re-use license. This allows builders to construct the home one additional time.To purchase a re-use license requires having already purchased at least the Reproducible Vellum or AutoCAD or you must upgrade to one of these. License must be purchased within 30 days of original purchase. 		$250.00
Ten Time Re-Use Fee
Purchasing this re-use license allows for up to ten times a plan may be constructed. To purchase a ten time re-use license requires having already purchased at least the reproducible vellum or AutoCAD CD or you must upgrade to one of these. License must be purchased within 30 days of original purchase. 		$1000.00
Additional Blueprints in Same Order Select amount $50.00 each
Reverse Blueprints (Mirror Image)
Image is reversed. However, text and dimensions are reversed as well. Plans that are not available in AutoCAD are limited to mirror reverse. 		$50.00
Right Read Reverse
This is the optimum image reversing method. Image is reversed, but text and dimensions remain intact and readable left to right. This can only be accomplished on plans that are available in AutoCAD. 		$200.00
